Error 42006 Not enough storage

I have a rather large powerpoint for which I did a big recording. When trying to publish I am told not enough storage space is available. Another forum told me the server (I have the hosted service) only accepts Powerpoints of 100MG. My audio portion is about 120MG, but the actual Powerpoint is just a few MG. QUESTIONS:
#1 Is there a limit on the audio portion? (I assume yes)
#2 how do I publish a large project? Another form said I should break it into pieces - which I think is a bad solution but I tried it anyway. Problem is the audio piece did not get smaller. It stayed at 120MG even though I deleted half the slides.

ANY ADVICE HERE? thanks

I believe there about a 100MB limit. Splitting the PPT and then deleting should reduce the audio file size (it has done it for me in the past).

Another option you could do (heard it works) is to publish to a ZIP file, then login into the Breeze server and upload the zip file. Let the Breeze server handle the conversion.

Hi Azzz45 - thanks for the advice. When I try uploading to server nothing seems to happen...should I be getting a message to the effect that "presentation is uploading" (or something like that)? I never publish this way...I always go through the presenter menu on Powerpoint. - thanks again.

Azzz45 is correct, you have a 100MB upload limit, you may have to break up this into two presentations or trim down the presentation. Another option is to reduce the quality of the audio and see if that shrinks the file enough. If you have the audio at the highest quality then reducing will not have a noticeable difference. The other option is to leave the presenation the way it is and post it on another server, ie not Connect. The presentation will still work but you will not have tracking or permissions control.

Hi Jorma, thanks for the comments. I published to another server but people have trouble getting to it...so I really want to make it work on the Adobe server. I really don't mind not being able to control the viewers etc... Thanks / Fritz Gartner
