export fla from captivate and import cp file into flash

when i export my cp project to fla, a popup message " To export a Captivate movie to Flash, you should have Macromedia Flash MX 2004 installed". But actually, I already installed Flash MX 2004 in my computer.

Also, when i import cp file into flash, a popup message " can't loadlibrary: 126" and " The import did not finish because an unknown error occured.".

Hi I was just wondering, is there anything else I could try with regards to the Flash MX 2004 error? I followed the steps in that technote, and it did not work.... I have administrative rights on this computer, and it will not work, even when I used the reg fix. Thanks
