Facing fatal error

I am facing a fatal error when using the program. I created a project and was successfully previewing it at the browser. After closing the Captivate program, when opening the file again, the text captions no longer have the texts. After clicking on them, a few of them show again the content, but some still don't. I try to preview the project and the following message shows before closing the program:

How can I solve this problem, making those text contents visible again and being able to preview and publish the project?

Can you find that '.cpbackup file? Did you activate backup in Preferences? Do you run Captivate as Administrator?

Try clearing the cache. (Preferences, even when no project is opened has a button 'Clear Cache').
