Getting immediate feedback from the learner

At the end of the course, I want a quick popup to appear where learners can rate the course in a five star scale. I need to get the rating emailed to me but don't want a new mail opening asking the learner to hit Send. The result should be shared without causing learner to make any additional actions other than rating the course. Is this possible in Captivate? How do I do that?

Captivate does not offer an option to send an email without the intervention of the learner.

You would either need to have a server side email page set up by a web programmer, or else you could use a web-based service like Survey Monkey (or similar) to gather the results for you.  Just provide a link at the end of your course to open the survey page.
