Hello,

I created a ~ 20 minute captivate file with mostly video slides explaining how to use software. It's published and uploaded as a SCORM file to an LMS my  company uses. Some users are receiving this green screen while taking the training from home, and they can still hear the audio that plays along with the slide. Is anyone familiar with this error and had experience fixing the issue?

Thanks!!

Hello,

Welcome to Adobe forums.

I think the root cause of the problem is likely hidden in user's video drivers, a quick fix is to just disable hardware acceleration in Flash. You might experience a slight decrease in performance, but you'll actually get output working again without going to too much trouble.

To do this, just right-click on the Flash content you're trying to play, go to Settings, and uncheck the "Enable Hardware Acceleration" box.

This may helps you in order to get this issue resolved.

Regards,

Rajeev
