Help with animations!!

I have created a project in Captivate 9 and have put some minor animations on text boxes, images etc. How they enter to be exact, whether they "slide in from left to right" etc. and when I preview the slide everything looks good. However when I go to preview the "project" all of the entrances stop, and don't complete, and some of the slides don't even finish going through their cycle. The slide will just stop, then I have to move on to the next slide, and the next slide will start, then again, stop half way and the content wont be on the slide. 2 questions, 1) why does it work when I just preview the slide and 2) how do I fix this issue so my project will run smoothly??

Hi, thank you for responding. I would love to post the timeline for help, however being fairly new to captivate, how would one go about getting the complete time line of the presentation?

If you switched to Expert UI would be eaiser, but I suppose you are in Nexbie UI. You can increase the height by hovering over the separation line with the stage, and drag it upwards. For the horizontal  size, use the slider bar at the bottom to zoom out. All dunctionality of the timeline is described in my blog post:
