Help with debugging displayed errors when launching course

Hi

Just experienced the following error codes when launching my course in our LMS. Wondering if anyone might be able to assist me in fixing the problem.

LMS is Oracle updated to R12

Course published as SCORM 1.2 and uploaded to the LMS as a SCORM package (ZIP)

Launching the course in the LMS an error message displays "Unable to aquire LMS API........ Click OK"

The course launches and a dialog box is displayed with the following messages

The course content can be displayed but progress is not recorded.

I did test the SCORM Package on SCORM Cloud and had no problem.

So Suspect there maybe something particular that I have to do to my courses to work on Oracle LMS.

Any Thoughts?

Your course is unable to communicate via the SCORM JavaScript API with the LMS. That's why it's complaining and no scoring is being recorded.

You need to get in touch with your LMS vendor and report the issue. Make sure you tell them that SCORM Cloud has no issue with it, otherwise they will just say it must be your course.
