How do I cancel my Adobe Captivate trial?

I don't know all of the steps, but this would be your starting point:
Contact Customer Care
According to the FAQ you should be able to get a 100% refund if it's within the first 14 days.
BTW, I will move this topic to the Captivate forum, where other people might have a better answer.

I hope you're right. Trial versions are 30 days and then don't work, but with Captivate it read like you have to sign up and then close your subscription in order to leave.
No, you can download a trial version and work with it without having to pay.
