You are using an English version of Captivate? I have set up and exported Quiz Preferences for all the languages I have to use with my English version (Dutch and French are sometimes required). In the Quiz Preferences you'll find the Default labels, which include the labels on quiz buttons as well. When I need a quiz in another language, I import the appropriate Preferences before creating the quiz slides.

From where you saved them when you exported them. Preferences file keeps all the settings in the Preferences, but they are independent of the design which is controlled by the Theme. When you use File, Export, Preferences (which have the appropriate labels for Quiz slides), you'll get a file with extension 'cpr'.

Working good but how do you change the True / False on the slide header and in the answer?

As for the header, I always use GIFT to import questions, and you can have the name of the question put in there. Here are two examples: first one is a FIB, second one is Matching. Look at the first row, I translated in Dutch.
