I'd like to know once I published a HTML5 zip file, is tht possible open the zip file in captivate again and how?

No it is not possible to open HTML5 published content in Captivate to make any changes or edits, or to recreate the original CPTX project file that way.

If all you have is the HTML5 and do not have the original CPTX, then yes you will need to start a new project.

 

All may not be completely lost however, because you can still use the original output as a guide in recreating it.  You may even be able to salvage images, videos or audio files from within the published project sub-directory structure.
