HTML-viewer with disabeld scroll-function

Hi community,

I am looking for a HTML-viewer for my Captivate projects. The programm should be able to disable the scroll-function, because I want a fullscreen view, so my HTML-programm cannot be moved or scaled.

Do you have any idea?
