html5 problem with Chrome?

New Here ,
Dec 10, 2015 Dec 10, 2015

When html5 preview applied to a very simple project everything seems to work well in Chrome.

When published to html5 the very same project fails in Chrome but works fine with Edge and Internet Explorer in Windows 10.

The result is same for both cp 8 and cp 9.

Many thanks in advance...

Can you offer more details: what is failing? Which exact version of Chrome? Exact number of Captivate versions?

In fact an .oam file is placed in both versions of Captivate, 8 and 9.

Placed html5 file has only two buttons. One is simply next and the other one is back. After placement when html5 preview applied in Captivate (versions 9.0.0.223 and 8.0.1.242) each button performs as expected in Chrome 47.0.2526.80.

Unfortunately after publishing from both versions of Captivate to html5, mentioned buttons fail to perform as expected in the very same version of Chrome and do nothing. Chrome can not even understand them as buttons.

However both Edge and Internet Explorer process the published file successfully ie as expected.

Thank you for your kind help...
