I have Captivate 9, and when I publish to the executable format, it looks for Flash, and obviously cannot open. How can I publish a course to be reviewed by my client without publishing to an LMS?

Turn off Reporting in Quiz Preferences, publish and upload to a webserver. Send the URL to the index.html file to the client.
