a.pngHi,  I am trying to make an icon clear in captivate 6.  I am using Photoshop CC.  I do not understand why the image is clear in photoshop, but unclear when viewed in Captivates web  browser.

Hi

Can you please provide some additional details like the image file format you are saving from pohotoshop, are you able to see the clear image on the stage of Captivate?

Also please confirm if your facing the issue in both SWF and HTML 5 preview.

Regards

Viku

Why did you convert the PSD file to PNG instead of importing it directly into Captivate with File, Import Photoshop file - it will be imported in the Library and CP will convert that layer to PNG? Is the resolution of the PNG the one you need in Captivate or did you rescale the image.
