Image not appear

Hello,
I normally import images for the captivate (2017), but suddenly the images have stopped appearing. and when I enter only the outlines of the selected images appear, happens with any image.

Which format do you use for the images? Do you see them in the Library?

thanks for listening Lilybiri. the program has returned to normal. As for your question: i use images in the format PNG  and them appeared in the library.

Such an inconsistent problem can be very annoying. Do not forget to clear the cache regularly.
