Is something going on with Adobe's bug reporting?

I just used the Adobe bug report page here: https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishform

I immediately received this email reply:

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

Captivate-Mgrs@adobe.com
Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's e-mail provider rejected it.
