Issue with SCORM 1.2 file generated using Captivate 12 version and while loading to LMS generates a blank page and course does not load

You'll have to wait until it is on their priority list. Let me know when the bug is approved, and I'll vote for it. This is really critical. I am bit astonished that only a few users mentioned it, may be linked to some LMSs but Moodle is for sure important.

SOLVED!!!! The problem was due to the Captivate version. I was using  12.1.0.16 version, I looked for upgrades through Captivate > Help > Upgrades, and upgraded the version to 12.1.0.19. I published the project again (enabling reporting preferences with SCORM 1.2), and now it correctly works!!

That version was made available yesterday. Great that it solved at least your problem, for me it created new problems.

Hi, the new update did not solve my problem. I still get this (cpanel compared to published output from captivate before upload), and I still get blank screen instead of launching the course.
