Licence issue

I ordered Adobe Presenter 10, but when i try to install presenter 10 i receive the message that the serial number is not valid for Adobe presenter 10.0.

When i lookup my registrered products it displays Adobe Presenter Video Express 10.0 for MAC.

How can i fix this issue?

Hi Sonja,

Did you orderd Adobe Presenter for Win or Presenter Video Express for MAC? Can you check if you  got two serial key. Once is for Adobe Presenter for Win and other would be for Mac Video Express.
