Link to URL in LMS not working

I am trying to link a PDF from Captivate but it is not working when uploaded to the LMS. I used a click box, so when the user clicks on the box it opens the URL.

I did this in a previous project and it worked perfectly, now I've tried exactly the same thing and for some reason it won't link properly.

Any suggestions?

Where is the PDF? Check whether the link is correct. Ideally, use relative path for such links.

The PDF is uploaded to the LMS. So I right clicked on the pdf within the LMS to get the exact URL, then copied this link to Captivate.

I did this for a previous project and it works fine, but for some reason, even though I'm following the same steps, the link doesn't work.

Here are my guesses:

• Path+filename too long? Some LMSes have character limit for files they can launch.
• Some special character in the filename is causing issues.
