Make a project read only?

I've heard and read that if you don't want to use templates, you can instead set a regular .cptx project to read-only so that users are forced to do a save as and make a copy, thus protecting the original file. How exactly do you do that?

You can  right-click on your project file and choose Properties - then select the box shown.
