Motion paths failing in SWF but fine in HTML5

I have a very simple slide that drops shapes from the top of the screen using a standard animation.

In HTML5, the shape land in the correct spot (that the image on the left). In flash, they land somewhere short of where they should - image on the right.

Captivate 9 on Mac.
