Hi All,
I'm working on Demo files in Captivate 11.8.
We have a situation where the user's names have to be blurred on few slide which has type action.
And the auto populate feature in the application for which we are creating the demo is very quick in showcasing the user names. So we find it difficult to add a patch for the video.
Kindly guide me how to expedite this process as we have multiple slides which requires blurring user details.
Thanks in advance!
Regards,
Pragadesh

Find the background of that slide in the Library using the right-click menu. Use a graphics editor to blur the name. I always use Photoshop for that purpose, but it can be any editor.

Thanks for the response.
Yes, followed the same method to identify the background image and edit using Photoshop to blur. But the background shows only one image, whereas there seems to be an animation happening, when the user typing the text, the auto populating option showing all relevant names in a quick time, and we were not able to edit or blur all the names that are appearing on screen.
Right now, we have exported a video from Captivate (to capture the entire animation) and blur the user names in Premiere pro and then publish again and use it in captivate.
I want to know if there are any alternative turn around for this.
Can you understand this situation?
