New Captivate slides previewing out of order

When I preview my slides, the first lesson is moving to the end. There are no interactions on these slides to cause them to be skipped. It also seems this new version of Captivate does not allow slides to be hidden (except the quiz results slide), so that's not the issue.

Is it because I'm using the free 30 day trial and Adobe is trying to force me to purchase?

Sorry, but I am not an expert in the new version although I have a lot of experience with Captivate.

It has never been the policy of Adobe to cripple a trial version, be sure.

When you preview was the first slide of the project selected on the stage? Which browser was used? Avoid Safari, use Chrome, Firefox or Edge.

Yes, the first slide was correct. I'm using Chrome.

Hi all. I am running into kind of a similar issue:

In the published SCORM file viewed on the LMS, (also on project preview) the course skips over 4 video slides, and goes from slide 6 to slide 11, which is an intro slide to the quiz; then it skips over the first question (multiple choice), shows the second question (true/false), skips the 3rd question (multiple choice), and shows the rest of the questions (all true/false).

After the quiz results slide, it now shows the videos it skipped earlier?..

And then, it shows the two multiple choice questions but says "you did not answer this question completely":

Skipped quiz question.png

Did I perhaps press a keyboard shortcut which hides a slide, or is there another hierarchy for the slides which I might have jumbled up, which causes it to ignore the order of my slides?

Another problem is that the "review quiz" button also does nothing...

Your assistance is much appreciated!

I had a similar issue: try checking the TOC (Window > Table of Contents). I had the TOC set to not be visible to users, but the slide order was incorrect when I viewed it. You need to set the TOC to visible and then reorder the slides into the correct sequence. (You can then hide the TOC again if that's your desired behaviour.)
