No display of the selected answer in the quizzes

Hello,
Under captivate 2019 release, under html5 and with safari 15.0, the selection of a quiz answer is not displayed. However it registers (score + by returning to the question, the answer is displayed.).
Have you ever encountered this? Do you have an explanation and a solution?

Same issue was mentioned recently by another Safari user, may be another Safari quirk. I cannot give you a solution, just the same recommendation not to use Safari nor IE for Captivate's published output. Since it is not the case for other browsers, the reason needs to be found in the browser. But so far, no one have offered an explanation.
