With Captivate 5, the project is generated, the browser displays, the output displays for 1 second, then nothing. Copied files into a new project, but with the same results. I have never seen this before, even with corrupt projects.

OK. You've already posted this issue once before today.
You're not going to get a quicker answer by posting twice. You'll just annoy people.
I've already suggested a possible solution on your original post. Go take a look at it.
Don't be surprised if the forum moderators delete this one.

I do not understand these emotional reactions? I am asking for help to what appears to be a different approach. I need help, but I see hurt. This is not customer service, nor is it decent.

It works like this:
When you post a question on this forum the next person to see it that can contribute a possible solution will try to answer it for you. Most of us are monitoring several and sometimes all of the different categories. So you're not really accessing different people by posting another version of the same question. You're just making more unnecessary work for the same few people that are already giving of their time and expertise freely from the goodness of their hearts.
Furthermore, double-posting makes you look impatient and demanding. It's considered bad form to demand help when it's being given freely. Even if it wasn't your original intention to seem demanding, it can still come across that way.
All communities have accepted rules of conduct. Online communities are no exception. Around here everyone is in the same queue waiting patiently for help.
So the rule is, unless you want more "emotional reactions", post once, then wait. That's it in a nutshell.

Yeah, Please refrain from posting the same topic twice in the same category or different category.
If its posted once then definitely the post will get its attention.

In my defense, the process looks different than previously. I saw multiple individuals, with no indication that we are restricted to one person, and that one person represents multiple individuals.
