No preview in skin editor

Hi,

I'm having a problem with the skin editor in that there is no preview. I have created a brand new project and added a blank slide as the first slide but my skin preview remains while. I have attached a screen shot. Is there a setting I need to activate?

Which version are you using? Can you check the Borders (second tab) if the width of the bottom border is sufficient to show the playbar (normally it adapts automatically).

Thanks both for the advice. I managed to get it to work by switching to the skin workspace, no idea how that helped anything butit did

Still doesnt work when I go via the skin editor from the menu. Very strange.

Time to refresh your Preferences folder and clear the cache I think.

Hi there

What about actually trying to preview? Does that work?

My thought here is that perhaps the preview depends on a Flash Player being installed. So perhaps you need to install one or install an updated version of the Flash Player. But that's just pure guesswork on my part.
