Nothing Happen when start Captivate

Captivate
After i download the trial install file(1.01 installer), and install perfectlly, no error.
and there is Option "launch Captivate".
I enable it and press "Finish".
I saw the Captivate Picture and then disapper immediatly.
The App won't start.

PS. i go to the install folder and click on app "meunbuild", it is fine.
other app donot work.
Can anyone tell me why and the solution.

Microsoft Windows XP Professional
Service Pack 2 (Build 2600)
Memory : 1024 M
HardDiskFreeSize : 49379 M

According 2 those documents:, i had tried the folllow , BUT donot Work!
1. Disconnect from internet
2. Check reg Key


No thing happen, it just launch and display the logo, and nothing...
Is it bcs, i am using AMD64 CPU?
