Possible to remove all animations at once?

Community Beginner ,

I'm updating an eLearning course that is filled with every kind of animation you can think of. Text is swirling onto the screen or fading in and out on every. single. slide. Is there an easy way to disable all animations in Captivate (I'm using Captivate 9) or do I have to remove each one on every slide one at a time?

Not all animations are the same

You talk about 'Fade in' and 'Fade out'? For Object transitions you can use the menu in the Transition part of the Timing Properties panel to apply 'No transition' to all items of same type or to all items of same style. Not so much, but for a long course it could save some time.

For effects: you are lucky to have CP9 and not a very early version with effects: effects are visible on the stage and directly in the timeline, no need to search or to switch to a separate Effects panel for each effect. You can use the Delete button on the Effect timeline to delete an effect after selecting it. Another little tidbit
