Powerpoint animations/audio sync

Hello

I am attempting to add simple animations to my power point slides and then sync them using the sync audio in Presenter. Its not working. When I open the sync window, only one animation shows up... and doesn't allow me to sync to the other animations. I am using the custom animation and its set to on mouse click. I would appreciate any help or advice.
