problem report adobe captivate

Hi all! I have downloaded Captivate for work but I keep getting a problem report when opening the application. Below is part of the message I recieve when trying to open. We only have one other person using the app and he has no problem but I cant seem to open the app for my own mac.

Try to mail the problem report to CaptivateHelp@adobe.com and ask them to help. Provide also infos like the precise Captivate version and your MacOS version.
