Hi Long,

Please find the patch for Presenter 11 and Office 2016 HTML5 issue:

  • Download the zip file from drop box, unzip it and save the extracted Presenter.js file on your system.
  • Now go to Presenter installation folder on your system depending upon the OS and PowerPoint architecture:
    • If your OS is 64-bit and PowerPoint is 64-bit, go to  “C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Presenter 11.0\Templates\html”
    • If your OS is 64-bit and PowerPoint is 32-b

Hi Zeeshan

I am unsure why the fix cannot be published but I too am having the same problem with publishing to HTML5.

I have tried three "test" presentations on two separate machines, one Window 7 Pro and one Windows 10 without any joy.

How can I supply you a test file so we can get this working. I have a creative cloud account but am trialling Presenter and if we can get it running our company is likely to subscribe to it as well.

Regards, Randal

Hi Zeeshan

We're also experiencing this problem. Using Presenter 11 with Office 2013 in 64 bit environment.

Output works fine in Adobe Connect, but as a stand alone the interactions do not display.

When do you anticipate Adobe publishing a fix for this?

Yes, Having problems here with publishing HTML 5 Output, and even uploading to Adobe Prime

Slides in wrong order, content not displaying properly.

Unfortunate.

*Edit* WOuld like to also add that our settings were HTML5 & Flash fallback, however Prime displays as HTML5

Tried Flash only, and it worked fine, but client does not always have flash

Hello I'm also having the same problem and I've tried both fixes and neither worked. I keep getting these errors 2017-07-13_1355

Also if the browser my client is using doesn't allow flash their content won't play. I'm using AP 11, Office 2016 and publishing both SWF/HTML5.

It took me three days but here is what helped me, even after Adobe couldn't. Microsoft by default blocks the use of Flash, Shockwave, and Silverlight. Download this zip file, and install the three files onto your system and it works ASAP. Adobe's warning and links seem to suppose the problem lies in the browser's software, and not the System's or Microsoft's software. these files you install manually address that. https://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/scriptcenter/Registry-keys-to-reenable-7cd9f723
