Hi pedro-perla,

I saw the attached video where there is a visible difference between the Edit area and after published content. I suggest you to try the same in a new project and if you are still facing the issue then I doubt there could be some issue in the animation which you have created. Also please note that captivate works with AS3 animations. and if the animation which you are using is of an earlier version then it may behave erratically.

In case this is not addressing your concerns, please share the animations which you are using so that we can investigate the same from our end.

Thanks,

Subhransu

Hi sumishra

Thank you for your comment

I had tried to make a new project and i get the same problem.

The files are done in AS3 here you got the answer of the support team of the components when I ask about

" Yes flasheff2 and slideshowbox are as3 components and works only in as3. If you will use them in a as2 file won't work. "

Please where I can send you the swf so then you can test them.

Best regards

P.

Please post the resolution, if you find it. Even if you think it will make you look foolish. We all do those things, and hearing about what leads to unexpected outcomes is helpful to all of us. I'd really like to know the answer to your puzzle.

Tomas
