Published files via dropbox

I have published a Captivate 8 project to my computer (Windows 7) in HTML5. A) I can't find the Edit > Preferences> Settings so I can select "HIde Selection Rectangle for Slide" B) I want to send this by Dropbox. I can't copy or drag the project to my Dropbox. How do I do it? C) I need the receiving party to see and make notes about the project but not be able to directly edit it. Is there a better way to send than Dropbox? (I don't have a subscription to Adobe Connect) And I want the Drag and Drop to work. Thank you.

I have discovered how to post to Dropbox...use the Windows URL http://www.dropbox.com/home and upload the whole folder. The Edit preferences settings is in the Captivate program BEFORE publishing and seems to be already checked.
