Published video's audio only plays sometimes

After reviewing some eLearning materials I have made, I have found that the recorded audio on any given slide doesn't reliably play. I thought the specific slide or recording was improperly set up, but closing and reopening the published html file results in that slide's audio working and a different slide's audio now refusing to play.

It seems random in occurence/rate, but I would rather not deliver this to my client without it reliably working every time.

Does anyone have advice or a similar experience, possibly with a work-around?

Are you talking about slide audio? Did you leave a gap before and after the audio timeline?

Reason for my question: this will avoid that Captivate 'sees' the individual audio files as being parts of a global project audio, what will almost always lead to loss of synchronisation because the whole project audio is then needed to be loaded on the first slide.

For HTML output audio needs to be loaded On Enter for each slide. Those gaps also lead to some more loading time.
