Publishing for Internal Use crashing

New Here ,
Jul 31, 2017 Jul 31, 2017

I've been trying to publish my modules so I can send as links to a shared network folder or post on our intranet. Sine the files are publishing as CPTX and not HTML, my users cannot view anything unless I run it, have it open in a browser and use that browser link in everything I send out. Painful.

So I found the help page about publishing as VIDEO. Cool, I'll try that. Except every time it runs, just as the window saying "Your publish is successful" or whatever, Captivate crashed and forces itself to shut down. And I can't find my new published folder anywhere on the network drive I pointed at.

See how it is cloudy? When Windows gets tired of trying, the "Adobe Captivate has stopped working" window comes up and forces the shutdown.

Please HELP!
