I'm working with our Dev Team whom have created our custom LMS. We have Cp content which requires reporting, based on slide views and presently has no quiz data.
The first line inquestion is the second from bottom, where the undefined completed 'Captivate E-Learning Course' (Failed) is displayed. Both images are attached.
The other, second line in contention is the top-line, where slide views and/or quiz was deactivated. This raises the question, what is undefined?
My other question is: How to remove this element from reporting - if not required, OR define the value/property so that when the course is completed it reports as (Passed)?
Thanks in advance.

I would assume that since your DEV team has taken on the rather ambitious task of developing an LMS that they must have built it according to the xAPI standard and all the relevant documentation on that topic, correct?
The first thing I would suggest you do is upload your current xAPI module to SCORM Cloud online LMS and test it there. The people behind SCORM Cloud had a lot of involvement in the development of the xAPI standard, so you can be fairly certain their LMS handles xAPI output in a consistent and conformant way.
If you get the same result from SCORM Cloud then that would suggest there is nothing wrong with the Captivate output. Instead, I would be looking at your own 'custom LMS' to see where perhaps the way it is coded is not working properly.

Thanks for your reply.
I had to ask.
Our Dev team are pointing the finger at us Content developers, but I also suspect it's the LMS. I've recently learned that our test environment is not using the latest LMS software : / compounding issues.
