Question types - graphical slider

Just a quick question,

Can you have a question type that is a graphical percentage slider bar i.e "what percentage of your systems run windows10 ?" 0-100%

Can you have that? Sure! You can have pretty much anything that can be dreamed up.

The larger question is does it exist? And unfortunately, I've never seen one. But now that you have asked, it's likely that someone will create this thing and now it's a matter of figuring out how to obtain it.

Certainly it will most likely be a third party type of thing.

If you're talking about SWF output, then the Infosemantics Slider Component widget can be used to create such interactions. Since it's an interactive widget you can set it to have a score and report to the quiz. However, this widget is not compatible with HTML5 output.
