In Quiz settings, under Status representation, I'm selecting Incomplete > Completed.  However, after I complete the module, it showed as Passed rather than Completed.  Am I doing something wrong?

Are you referring to what the LMS showed after closing down the module or what showed on the Quiz Results slide inside the module?

I'm referring what the LMS displayed.

Thank you,

Your LMS may be over-riding the status information the Captivate module sends at the end of the user session.

As a check, upload the same SCORM module to SCORM Cloud and test there.  Does SCORM Cloud also show the same result?

If not, then you need to speak with your LMS Administrator to find out why the LMS does not respect the status calls.

If SCORM Cloud shows the same as your own LMS, please provide screenshots of your Quiz > Reporting screens so that we can look a little deeper.
