Republishing a CP9 project with video opens Encoder

Is this normal?  We have a project with embedded video.  When we've republished this project Encoder opens automatically and re-encodes the F4V video.  We haven't made any changes to the video in this project.

Hi,

Can you confirm what format you are exporting the project as?

Encoder will start if you export the project as a video, it exports the project, then Encoder will need some time to save it as a video (mp4).

It is possible that Cp9 needs to convert it to mp4 for compatibility reasons before exporting it all as SCORM for example.
