Hi All,
I have just embarked on the wonderful journey of creating a responsive project, however when the preview opens the slider is missing so I can not check the various break points and all points in between. All the research I have done and a conversation with Adobe Support points to something to do with where the preview opens.
I work for a University so we have fairly rigorous security which Adobe support tells me is the issue. The problem is that my IT department are not well versed in Adobe Captivate 8 so have struggled to come up with a solution.
This is the URL that comes up when the browser opens:
file:///C:/Users/paulaf/AppData/Local/Temp/CP5252~1/CPTRUS~1/HTML5T~3/INDEX~1.HTM
From what I've read about localhost, servers etc I believe this is an issue.
Please note I am not an IT person, however I do investigate extensively and try to understand as much as I can.
Thanks in advance
