Hi,
our customer uses COD and we need to get the resume function working. In our own LMS it works (clicking "cancel" in the pop up takes you back to the beginning).
But here it doesn´t and always takes you back to the last slide visited.
What can we do other than telling the customer it is their LMS´s issue?
Is there an easy way to create a pop up on revisit asking the same question "do you want to restart?" (actually just 2 smartshapes offering to go back to slide one or continue back to the last visited slide as seems to be the default)?
How do we check whether it is a second (or higher) time somebody opens the LMS?
Thanks a lot!!

Hope the information below is helpful.
A learning solution (eLearning Course, Tutorial or etc.) can be tracked using the reporting setting in Adobe Captivate or the reporting setting of a Learning Management System (LMS).
In Adobe Captivate:
As you know enabling the reporting in Quiz Preferences of Adobe Captivate allows tracking once published to an LMS.
Check Reporting Setting:
In the Advanced setting check to see if the “Never Send Resume Data” is unchecked. Each time the user re-enters the learning solution it will start from the beginning.
Screenshot is from Adobe Captivate 2017
In a Learning Management System (LMS):
In one such as the Cornerstone LMS, there are also settings for reporting. To my knowledge each Cornerstone LMS requires SCORM Compliant zipped packages.
Depending on how the reporting is setup in Cornerstone it may be overriding Adobe Captivate’s reporting settings once published to the LMS. In this case you would need to be an administrator to individually specify the reporting for the learning solution or contact an administrator to find out what impact the LMS is having on Adobe Captivate’s settings. Note: Cornerstone supports SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 3rd edition and AICC.
Suggestion: If you are currently publishing in SCORM 1.2, try SCORM 2004 to see if there is a difference in your results.
About Popup Box: In response to your question.
Q: “Is there an easy way to create a pop up on revisit asking the same question "do you want to restart?" A: This could require Advanced Actions or use of JavaScript. This could be more challenging because you would need to know the exact location in the learning solution where the user last visited. This information would more than likely have to be pulled from the Cornerstone LMS reporting specifying a variable.
Thanks. Hope the information is helpful.
