Retake Quiz Button Not Displaying when Published

I'm using Captivate 8 and the Retake Quiz button is not displaying when I publish the course. Does anyone know what may be occurring?

It's all ok now. We need a smart shape button on the quiz results slide instead for it's functionality. Thanks anyway.
