Rollover Image & Text

I am creating a demo for a new application in my company. In my presentation, I wanted to use both rollover text and rollover image if the user hovers their mouse pointer in one particular spot. Is this possible?

This is possible, but it won't work like you think. Basically, you create a larger image containing both the text and the image and use it as the singular rollover image. As long as the background is transparent, the illusion is that bot a rollover caption and image are displaying simultaneously.
