My colleague is using the scrolling text box widget that he has put into a template, when I use the template the scrolling ox does not scroll until the slide has stopped. I am using Captivate 8 with windows 8, 64 bit, explorer 9... but so is my colleague. Any ideas?
Additional information: The problem occurs only when a PowerPoint animation is running. There seems to be an interaction problem between the two programs.
