Some of our users are experiencing the Captivate course stopping at the second preloader - black circular spinning. I was able to access one of the accounts that was 'stuck' at the second preloader. I have the debugger version of Flash player on my machine and it generated the following error:
Error: Error #1502: A script has executed for longer than the default timeout period of 15 seconds.

Thinking the suspend_data might be corrupt and so it can't resume to the proper location. If anyone can provide insight into this error, I would certainly appreciate it.
Thanks, in advance.
