Software Simulation - When published, crops screen

New Here ,
Nov 30, 2016 Nov 30, 2016

My software simulation is cutoff when I publish it, how do I fix?  Its as if the screen has been cropped some how, so objects i need to click on as part of the published simulation are not visible on the screen.  But in Captivate I can see the full screen.

What do you see with F11 or F12 (both Preview in Browser) used in Captivate?

It is still showing cropped in both F11 and F12 previewing.

I think it has something to do with copying all slides of software simulation project and pasting them into my PPT only captivate project.

How can I adjust the slides so they are the same scope as the PPT existing project?

That is very important information, left out in your question.

To copy/paste you have to be sure that both projects have the same resolution, which was apparently not the case here. Check the resolution (File, Project Info). Try to avoid upscaling a project, choose the smallest resolution of the two files for your final project. The file with the bigger resolution should be downscaled before copying to the other file: Modify, Rescale Project.
