Some of my LMS users are unable to view HMTL5 published projects with CPVC included regardless of the browser they try. I am unable to replicate despite trying IE 9, 10, 11, Chrome, FireFox, and Safari. The projects are accessed from an LMS where no issues. I am very frustrated because I cannot even replicate yet I am getting numerous reports. I assume it might be a browser setting or issue but this is beyond my expertise. Anyone have suggestions?

Put up an MP4 video output from one of your CPVC captures to a web server somewhere and send the link to this video to each of the users that are having issues viewing the same video when it is in a Captivate project on your LMS. See if they have an issue viewing the same video in their browser under this circumstance.
It could be that their browsers do not have the right CODEC to decode these types of videos and this is one way you can check. But you're going to need to get some email addresses of the people claiming to have issues so that you can check. The issue might even turn out to be that the video was taking a longish time to load and they ran out of patience, or that their mobile device simply stopped the video for some reason. (You mentioned this was HTML5 output, so I'm assuming you have tried replicating the issue on the same DEVICE they are using, not just the same browser.)
