SuccessFactors reporting score for first quiz attempt

New Here ,

I am working on a course where the learner needs to pass a quiz with a 100%. If they do not receive answer all questions correctly on their first attempt, they are allowed to retake the course until they pass. However, only the score of the first attempt is being reported to the LMS (SuccessFactors), so it's not being marked as complete (a tester failed on purpose the first time they attempted the quiz and then passed on their second attempt, but SuccessFactors only shows the 20% score). Does anyone know what setting should be changed so it shows the passing score, not just the first attempt?  Thanks in advance!

The courses were built in Captivate 2017, published in HTML5 and used the following quiz settings:

I think you need to talk to your Success Factors administrator.  There's nothing wrong with the settings in Captivate.  Whether an LMS only accepts the first score, or the highest score over a number of attempts is controlled within the LMS.

Try uploading your SCORMs to SCORM Cloud online LMS to test their functionality.  You should find that it will record the final highest score out of multiple attempts.

Thanks for your response! This course is being developed for a client who uses SuccessFactors, so I will ask the System Admin to reach out to them.
