I've tried all the suggestions in the community, including, "Add Use32BitJVMForPublish = 1 in AdobeCaptivate.ini file."
None of my Adobe Captivate files will preview. All give this message. What can I do?

Are you low on disk space? Did you clear the cache? Is CP installed on your system and the Documents folder to which the projects and cache are saved as well?
Which version of 6?

Yes, yes, and yes. I am clearing some disk space now to see if that will help. Professional?

Check the troubleshooting tips here on this post:
http://www.infosemantics.com.au/adobe-captivate-troubleshooting/basic-troubleshooting-techniques
You can usually use the process of elimination to narrow down the slide where the issue is located. Once you know the slide, you can narrow down to the object, etc.

Thanks for the link, but it is effecting all of my projects now. I closed out of Captivate and openned a completely different project and got the same result. I tried hiding each slide individually, and still got the error message. I tried openning a blank project and copy and pasting each slide individually, and with just one slide pasted into the blank document, I got the error message. I don't think it is an issue with an object.

OK. Then you may be dealing with a corrupted Preferences folder.
See troubleshooting tip #8 in the above link.

That didn't work either. It is literally and swf. error. It previews and publishes as HTML5, but not as a .swf. At one point do i need to reinstall the software. lol! Any other ideas would be very helpful. Thank you!

Nevermind. I fixed it. Apparently, Adobe has a patch for this exact issue. Here are the instructions. It took me two days to go through the list of tips. Took me two minutes to apply the patch. Here is the link: http://helpx.adobe.com/captivate/kb/hot-fix-captivate-courses-dont.html
