Text boxes to front automatically

Is there a way to have text boxes always be at the front of a slide?

I have three of them in a series of 12 slides. Whenever I load a multi synchronized video across all 12 slides, the text box gets covered and i have to manually click bring to front on all three text boxes with every project. Pretty annoying.

Would be great if I could just import a video that is always behind the text box on the slides..?

Thanks.

There is no automatic way however if you select them all from your timeline by holding down the Control (Windows) or Comand (Mac) key you can simultaneously move them all to the front using the Align toolbar found in the Window drop-down menu. You will have to do this one slide at a time.

That makes sense. However, my timeline only seems to show one slide at a time? Is there a way for the timeline to display your entire project?

Thanks.

If you insert first the video, all items inserted later will be on top of it.

Timeline in Captivate is always per slide (except for the cpvc-projects which are really only one slide).Have a look at this interactive movie:
